to e honest- cannot think of anything

- no management - if you get promoted they will make you work for at least 2 years until you get a raise - everything is closing now and moving to India - all others that wrote positive reviews most have worked in other company but it's surely not Starhome...

I have no words to say how bad was work on this company... no direction, no planning, totaly a streaming go horse company.....

Cons

Everything.. sales team don't have focus, direction totaly lost.. VP seems don't have any objective.....
