Their salary, benefits and bonus structures are good.

Cons

Starion and its CEO expect employees to give up their personal life for the good of their shareholders. Demanding work schedule, 12+ hour days without a relief in sight. CEO fancies himself an environmentalist but deludes himself. He only looks for profit, and staff is NOT valued. Thus the staffing turnover is extraordinarily high. Even the executive team complains about their leader behind his back. Don't take a job there.

Team was great. Everyone there is nice. It was a good place to get a start in IT, but it's not worth staying longer than a couple years. For anyone looking to work here, here is what I made each year. Computer and Network Specialist 2016 - $20.50 2017 - $21.47 2018 - $23.32 Network Admin 2019 - $52,000 per year 2020 - $55,000 per year 2021 - 56,000 per year Fall 2021 - $60,000 per year 2022 - $60,000 per year 2023- $62,00 per year

Cons

This place suffers from wage compression. Raises were decent the first couple years I was here and then they dropped off. I was promised a 10k increase that never happened and that is why I left.

Really good people, I value the relationships & trust I’ve gained with my coworkers. No micromanaging yet feel supported.

Cons

Pay imbalance with job titles- highly motivated employees kind of get taken advantage of. Management is touchy; sometimes not as transparent as one would hope.
