Pros

This company has no pros worth mentioning at all.

Cons

Horrible management, horrible HR relations, little to no advancement opportunities, unreachable contract commitments, almost no support of any kind, does not possess correct tools or equipment for proper job completion. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work for. They promise 4/10’s but because of the disfunction inside the company they mandate 55 hr weeks for some employees while the supervisors (4 to 5 out of 14 employees in the department) sit in their offices having “planning” meeting 8 out of every 10 hours during the day and still have NO plan what so ever with very little interaction with the technicians to have any idea of what’s going on. They promote under skilled brown nosing employees that can’t preform basic skills or even show up on time. These same people are rewarded with pay raises and promotions while hard working employees are thrown by the wayside. Management at this company isn’t even fit to manage a Dairy Queen. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Pros

Enjoyed working with some of my coworkers and I wish them the best.

Cons

Collectively, management at Stark may have the ability required to run a junior high bake sale. They spend most of their time in meetings that never bring anything to fruition and the rest of their time at their desks preparing for the next meeting. When things don't pan out, on account of their lack of due diligence, they immediately try to put blame on their workers and how they lack respect for management. They want to talk about respect, but don't have decency enough to order parts or materials, nor have the proper paperwork in place even though, in some cases, have had years to prepare, and are having people quit their jobs to come and work here. There is so little produced that you feel as if you are working in a ponzi scheme. Customers are promised anything it takes to get business with nearly no delivery of those promises. Morale here is low due to mismanagement. So much that employee turnover is crazy, also, there are vast differences in pay with no regard to skill, production, time worked at the company, nor responsibility given them. Management and engineering are so ineffective here and put their responsibilities off on the workers, resulting in engineering that is mostly fill in the blank by their more qualified hourly employees. Do not quit your job to come and work here. Looks great from the outside, but you will soon regret it.
