Pros
Easy work task with focus on the customer.
Cons
Too much gossip, rumors, slander, bullying and favorites. Work load and job titles not given fairly or with merit. Family working for family and lack of including others in meetings or regarding thoughts or opinions. Was a very negative environment and mentally unhealthy.
