The office environment is quiet and very structured (which might be a pro for some, however it's also adds a lot of unneccesary stress). While the work itself was fun, it's hard to do particularly well when there's a deadline and very little communication. There's very poor communication thoughout the office, which then leaks in to work for the clients. For being a 'creative' agency, it's very sterile and structured. Also, don't start packing up before 5:00pm, because there's no wiggle room.
The constant pressure of trying to get more and more new client work makes the current client work suffer. Plus it puts a lot of pressure on the designers/developers to complete a project quickly rather than doing it correctly.
Benefits are almost non-existent, other than the location in the Third Ward and occasional donut.
