      Starlink being an outsourcing company provides good amount of exposure to a recruiter like me.

      Pros

      It's subsidiary to Ooredoo, individuals get to work and connect with like minded professionals. Working with telecom company or its subsidiary provides you with knowledge in plenty.

      Cons

      No employee grading. Promotions and recognitions takes forever. Job becomes stagnant and hence employee starts becoming lazy and outdated. Employee advice and opinions should be valued.
