Pros

Excellent benefits, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, disaster relief funds.

Cons

The staff is friendly but often they lack of proper skills to organize, distribute workload, ability to do paperwork properly, leading to an unefficient and toxic environment where employees doesn't care anymore. It is a shame that the orientation is about 30 hours of reading but not doing. Being a facility oriented towards psychology, they sure have no idea how to even start using it. Becomes evident when you see how much coffee and nicotine the employees use to cope with the workload. Quite frankly still not the worse place to work at, as long as you know how to not to aquire the same toxic attitudes from other workers. Oh and often they pay like every 3 weeks. Bs.

Pros

Quite a few of my coworkers were wonderful.

Cons

Folks seeking professional help need to know the truth about this place before they seek life changing/saving care. I’ve seen first hand how this place operates as I worked there for two years. The techs would take pictures of the patients and their belongings (confidential information) with their own personal cell phones because the company’s camera was never working. The employees would have negative conversations about the patients at the tech station and the patients would complain of overhearing said conversations. There were tech’s that would be sleeping at their desk because they are repeatedly pulling double shifts left and right. Staff fired for engaging in inappropriate behavior with patients. Insufficient training for staff. This place should be shut down. If you need any additional proof that these statements are true, look up starlite recovery center on Indeed and check the employee reviews there.
