Many loyal employees, everyone helps each other Mission and vision is great, keeping the human in the (AI-)game Down-to-earth ceo who listens to his employees

Cons

The market environment is currently crazy: so much noise in the market, combined with budget cuts, GenAI frenzy, people turnover in large organizations etc. It has never been as challenging out there.
