Nothing critical as for me

Working at Starpoint was a nightmare from day 1. When I interviewed, I was told that the requirements that had to work on were with long standing customers. Upon starting, not only did I come to learn that they are at best a 3rd level staffing provider to most of their customers, but the office I worked out of hadn't had a fill in almost 4 months! My direct management had been with the company for 14 years, so that is why he ran our branch I'm guessing. He literally would be missing for days at a time without telling anyone where he was, and then when he was in the office he was intoxicated. Management literally had to remove him from the role, yet because some people spoke up about this we were treated as un loyal. If you are a real recruitment professional, STAY AWAY!

management is not that great in the DFW area corp office in NYC so no real con tact with support and higher level management

It is tough to prioritize what to work on since there are so many opportunities to support and you can work on outer-office requirements as well

micromanaged and constant change in management. Building was a poor location and no comradery.
