Everyone has a voice at this small company. Great ideas from all levels are turned into real, positive change. The start up atmosphere also allows all employees to gain exposure and learn about different areas of the business outside of their main focus area. It's a culture that allow new employees to develop skills and learn quickly.

Supportive team environment, many opportunities to explore your talents, everyone is well-respected & is immensely valued as an integral part of the team.
Cons
As a start-up, there can be a lot of work, off hours, & dedication involved; which may be a con to some job seekers. But when the job becomes a passion-- Everyday is new chance to solve problems & watch your efforts manifest into something great.
