Pros

Flexible work hours and a very relaxed environment. Follows a defined work process for on-time delivery of projects. The system is transparent and everyone’s views are heard. Regular meetings are held with seniors and team-mates to ensure proper flow of information.

Cons

It is a fast growing company which is performance-driven. So, you’re expected to be more hardworking and autonomous as compared to other companies.

Pros

Lots of support and assistance to developers to be and become awesome. The company is focused on employee’s professional as well as personal growth.

Cons

Due to its fast-growing nature and a defined work process, sometimes there is too much to work. But, I don’t really see that as a con as I love the work I do. You must be passionate and focused if you’re looking to join this company.
