      - Advancement is easy if you really have the talent then the advancement in career at this company is not hard. - Easy to communicate it's been very easy for me to communicate with the management team and they are always open to the suggestions. - Flexible schedules

      Cons

      Benifits - Company is still developing so you won't find health benefits and other benefits like large companies offer but the salary is pretty good.

      Pros

      Startwithgenesis is one of the best options for freshers to get landed in the IT industry. With the right mentorship and guidance and supportive work environment, it is one of the most suitable platforms for beginners. I am very happy that startwithgenesis happened with me in the beginning of my career.

      In the beginning, interns might feel that the work pressure is lot comparatively, but it really helps us to handle our workloads effectively in the future of our career path.
