Starweaver is a great place to work, especially for people who want to grow and learn. The team is supportive, management is approachable, and there is a positive work culture. I had good opportunities to improve my skills and work on meaningful projects.

Cons

Like any growing company, processes can sometimes improve, but things are moving in the right direction.

My experience at Starweaver was very positive because of the strong learning opportunities and supportive work culture. I got hands-on exposure to NodeJs for backend development (which was completely new for me) and worked with several libraries in REACT and NextJs, which helped me grow as a full-stack developer. The collaborative culture was also great-colleagues were always ready to help and share knowledge, which created a very friendly and motivating environment.

Cons

The main challenge I faced was with the reuse of the same components by extending props repeatedly, which sometimes made components heavier that needed and caused confusion in the flow. This occasionally led to extra effort to resolve issues. Improving component structure and re-usability practices could make the development process more efficient.
