Where do I start ?! There is harrassment bullying to ty to get people they just don’t like to quit. If that doesn’t work they will tell you to do things against the rules and then fire you for it as if it was all you. They have a clock in app that is a disaster the good managers have to clock their whole dept in and out. They do and don’t question it. But the bad Leaders just don’t want to be bothered. They will tell you only they are important to make happy everyone else doesn’t matter. They don’t train on anything and if you want to learn on your own about regulations they take offense to it. By they don’t even go over company policy with you or CRA regulations they just yell at you if you violate something you didn’t know was a violation. Stupid petty stuff. It was stressful not knowing what mood was going to be there to deal with. It’s drama and everything is always judged as bad as it can be a lot of assuming and embarrassing people when they decide they don’t want you there it’s no secret.
