- Lovely small team which creates a nice atmosphere. - Supportive CEO, who listens and encourages everyone to speak their mind and implement their ideas. - Good communication in all departments. - Hybrid (2/3 days WFH) - Heavy on the career progression. - Bringing up a complain or concern is encouraged not dismissed.

Cons

Being a small team means fewer resources so most of us have multiple roles (which can be hard at times).
