      A lot of great on hand experience

      Pros

      Management trusted interns with a lot of responsiblity. It was great working with everyone and seeing the behind the scenes of running a professional baseball team

      Cons

      There were long homestands where you would work from 9am to 11pm for 6 days in a row. It sometimes became monotonous setting up and running the games
