      Pros: Nice Compensation, Metro Accessible, No Work Stress Environment

      Cons

      Toxic . Negative Atmosphere. Executive team openly disparages colleagues. The disdain for each other and distrust that filters throughout the organization touches every management head resulting in a highly siloed organization. From the top down, employees trickle in somewhere around 9:30-10, hours are very friendly, however, sense of urgency is lacking, resulting in a lack of overall growth. Very political for a small organization, relationships are purely based upon whether or not senior management team 'likes you' irrelevant of performance. Again - this is reflected in our low growth.

      Pros

      Commute if you live in the area and benefits if you are single with no kids. They have a great internship program in the summer and sometimes year around

      Cons

      No room for growth the only way to get promoted is it your are friends with management. Promotion are not based on skills. Managers only point out the negative and not the positive. Very negative and unprofessional environment coworkers gossip. Pay is very low for all the daily duties you are assigned. They charge you to park in company garage.

      Working in Old Town Alexandria is nice.

      Cons

      I've never worked for a company with this kind of leadership. They are terrible. Managers are horrible and so are the chiefs. They run good employees out and managers only care about themselves. They manipulate their employees and create an extremely hostile working environment. Each manager has their pet and if you aren't one, good luck. The leaders in this company aren't leaders at all. Bobble heads and gossip queens at best fulfilling their own agendas by playing mind games.
