      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Working with a true leader in the industry that clearly knows what they are doing. Good training. Great opportunities for advancement. Hard work is recognized.

      Cons

      This is a complicated industry, and there is a steep learning curve. But they are willing and able to train.

      Pros

      Strong work-life balance compared to many companies in the compliance and regulatory space. Management understands the importance of flexibility and communication. The team environment is incredibly supportive and collaborative.

      Cons

      Holiday schedule is a little more limited than other employers.

      Good Enough for Short Term

      Pros

      It's good if you're looking for part time work and know how to talk in that weird, corporate way. They pay consistently and on time. If there is nothing else for you, this place will be good enough, but don't plan on staying here long term.

      Cons

      HR is incredibly unprofessional and toxic. At the time they did not offer health insurance or full time employment because of that, so you could only work a certain number of hours each week. Who gets promoted is based on favoritism and not performance.
