      Good gateway to a law enforcement career

      Pros

      Statewide Patrol is a great opportunity to get experience in the law enforcement world as a security officer before going all-in as a police officer. The patrol division is full of competent and experienced officers who will always have your back. When compared to other companies, it is the best security patrol company of its kind in the DFW. Patrol officers are equipped with new Dodge Chargers that are purchased about every three years. The pay for the company is above average for the industry standard and they will NEVER mess with your paychecks.

      Pros

      Public knows this company by its bold company logo, and signature, black Chargers that resemble local law enforcement. Good support from Patrol Officers and are willing to aid you, when needed.

      Cons

      Low pay. Training is expensive and not well organized. Uniforms are low quality and does not meet current standards for more breathable, professional style uniforms.

      Few pros exist at this company. Few reasons for retention exist at this company for staff. Management could careless about staff.

      Far too many exist to even list them all. Last resort employer at all costs. Don't do it at all.
