Pros
Remote working and manageable working hours Large room of self-improvement and learning Social Media is one of the most exciting industry today, with more and more companies investing in it, best time to work in Social Small yet dependable managements with great support both in and out of work
Cons
Quite difficult to not work overtime, most likely due to the fast-paced nature of Social, as well as learning by doing approach for analysts. Payments and reimbursements are done 30 days after invoiced, which is okay if you can manage your finance, but it was difficult to adjust to at first.
