Excellent career choice - for females as well as males

Pros

Unlike a previous casual employee who used this forum to anonymously make false claims about males being treated more favourably than females, I, along with many of my female peers have experienced nothing other than respectful treatment, professional careers, along with well-placed development options. I've been given company support for study to develop my career, company funded professional training, as well as generous subsidisation opportunities for further education. Promotions have always been offered internally for those deserving, and are definitely not skewed towards any group. During my time at STAUFF I saw females recruited into management roles, as well as being promoted into senior management. This observation also holds true for people of various sexual orientation, racial backgrounds etc. When I saw this incorrect input some time back, it made me sick that one can make unfounded claims about the company's treatment of female staff and their careers. It's very much a victim mentality to blame others for one's own failures. And it is disrespectful to those many females who have experienced a professional and successful career at STAUFF. BTW Glassdoor is only offering me the opportunity to review the CEO for a business unit in the USA. This is not helpful, as he has no responsibility for Australia - and I've never worked for the USA CEO......

Cons

Nothing negative to report at all.
