      Pros

      really flexible when it comes to working hours, remote work or working from the office... given ongoing sales training and plenty opportunities to learn no micromanagement, plenty of trust, but always someone available to help lots to learn, no being boxed into a tiny role very understanding when personal life collides with professional life (daycare shut down / caught covid / just having a bad day ? etc)

      Pros

      There's nothing not to love about this place! Stay22 has the most incredible team of people and they are all super passionate about their work. The environment is supportive, innovative, and fast-paced in a way that makes you excited for every day. I especially love how incredible organized the team is (everything is documented and processes are clear) which supports that pace at which new ideas go from conception to reality. Even though I just started, I cannot wait to learn from all the great people here. Bonus points: work is hybrid and super flexible, you can work from anywhere, and they have a fantastic office with great coffee/tea and lots of great snacks.

      Pros

      I love working here. Great culture, lots to learn, colleagues are helpful, and everyone's ready to pitch in at a moment's notice. Work model is hybrid, and my original plan was to work more from home than office. But the vibe in office is so energizing, I started coming in more than I expected. The technology is cutting edge, and the products are easy to sell. Can you tell I enjoy my job?

      It's a startup which grew extremely fast. There's some organizing that needs to be addressed in order to scale upwards and continue to grow. It's also very fast-paced and tech heavy. If you're not quick on your feet, you may find yourself struggling.
