Terrible culture, no knowledge transfer and people who know stuff are overwhelmed and cannot provide timely support to internal team. The technology is very old that customers feel stuck with and cannot simly get to new product becauce of all the customisations they had paid for in old technology. Insisted on work in office but everyone while present in the office join meetings from separate meeting rooms. Fake psychological safety as will throw you under the bus whenever things get difficult, instead of recognising genuine effort and intentions. No CRM for a CRM company, everything done manually on spreadhseets, real lack of vision and commitment to digital transformation of its own internal processes and sales efficiency. Really waste of time.
