-intense training -only get sat if you’re sleeping with management -only get sat if you snitch/make up lies about the staff -very long hours 9-10+ hour shifts -management lies to you to get what they want, but screw you over -they say “things will get better”, but it’s almost 2 years and gotten worse -when you speak up about what’s wrong, you are punish
