Pros
From day one, the environment of Stealth was dynamic and welcoming. The people and leadership team provided me with something to learn every day. I learned how to communicate with cross-functional teams with high productivity, how to deliver the insights to the leadership team, and how to become a better version of myself. This journey led me to handle my next careers with a better perspective.
Cons
The downside of working in Stealth was a small office. I believe if they had more prominent offices and all employees worked in an identical spot, the efficacy would have been higher.

The experience is centered around one owning their progress and learning experience. One has great freedom and flexibility to pursue their creative innovations.
