Pros

- Great coworkers -Get breaks and paid overtime (never had before as a server) - tip pool creates a team environment

Cons

- Owner does cocaine at work and will start berating you about minor details and stressing about things that are non-emergencies as if they are, creating an uneasy stressful work atmosphere - Manager turn over is high - Input not listened to - Good work goes unacknowledged and only mistakes are pointed out - Can be a struggle to get hours
