      Pros

      Cleaner than expected at a machine shop, relatively easy work, reasonable rate requirements, reasonable pay scales, decent benefits, laid back environment, some skilled people work here. Some very good team players.

      Cons

      Issues are not thouroughly investigated, favoritism is prevelent, bullying noted frequently from some individuals, bullying issues not seriously addressed, safety needs improvement, poor communication , some individuals are not properly trained.

      Clean environment and decent people to work with.

      Cons

      Managers have very little training as managers. Little respect for the people that work there. Fairness and equality among it's employees is lacking. Favoritism is predominant.
