The ground level people can be lovely.

Cons

Run by execs who're straight out of 2010 when it comes to management style. No real transparency beyond the leadership group. Feels very much like people are expendable so long as they're not in said group. Comms says that discussion is welcome, but in practice it's often poorly received and aggressively shut down.

- CEO Transparency - Recent (past 12 months) SLT changes have meant that employees feedback is listened to better - Chilled and friendly office environment - Team outing budgets incl. Summer/Chirstmas parties - Dog friendly offices - Good work/life balance encouraged - Structured bonus scheme - Employee benefits (Healthcare/Holiday scheme)

Cons

- Some areas of the team are still lacking in terms of dev power - Some communication is still missing in general. This happens at both a SLT -> Employee and Employee -> Employee level.
