They are always looking to improve and advance the IT department with new technology, better procedures, or innovative ways to increase efficiency. Management is respectful of the employee's personal life and always looking to assist in their professional career's as well.

Cons

Since Steel Technologies is national, there is occasional travel that may not appeal to everyone. Management is flexible and work with the employee to make sure all parties are in agreement.
