      Free healthcare can't save a toxic company

      Free healthcare, that's the only thing

      Cons

      Junk company producing junk parts, they'd rather you continue to put out junk parts as opposed to fixing their bad programs and machines. Useless HR and trainers, constant revolving door due to their terrible policies and long waits for ESTA and vacation. Condescending coworkers and upper management.

      Paid Health Insurance or Payout. Consistent with how things are ran. Always trying to improve and stay up with the current.

      Cons

      I don't really have a con, I like my job, I feel the compensation (benefits) and time off are fair.
