Pros

Prior to company change, company was good. They were flexible with my schedule when needed. They had a good training process for new hires. There were many people who were knowledgeable of processes. Property Management is great.

Cons

Since company changed, a lot of employees left. Benefits are not that great. Salary could be better. Schedule flexibility has gone down. Many people with prior history of the company has left. Lots of stress and work to go around due to mismanagement. No appreciation.

Location of offices, beautiful view.

Like most large companies, they constantly increase the work load without increasing the time allowed to complete the work.
