Pros

- There's always a sweet treat or free lunch available to snack on. - (some) Lower management connect with their employees. It's nice to know who you are working with, and additionally, find that they are rather great. - Stepping stone to gaining experience in AutoCAD, Tekla, or Sketch Up.

Cons

Office culture, or lack there of. In an effort to adapt to their growth, Steele Solutions' owners have implemented new positions between them and their lower level employees. This has led to a reduction in connection to the people who you work for. behind the free snacks and occasional employer provided luncheons, the office is virtually flavorless. Hypocrisy. Supervisors are nagged at about employees not working, whether they are talking to a coworker, looking at their phone, or browsing the internet for sports or stock info. Having worked for nearly two years here, talking and non-work related moments on technology is not irregular for employees AND management. There have been many-a-time I have seen both boss and employee computer screens on social media, sport websites, and Amazon. If you chisel in a rule, enforce it on everyone, even yourself. Favoritism. I have seen an owner come around the floor and talk to people. Half the time it is lower management and supervisors, the other half is to the company's 3D department. This owner has spent so much time standing and talking to employees in this department about non-work related topics, I could tell you when they got their car, the name of the team their child was a part of, and how they like their steak. Yet, once their stroll of 3D land is over, a quiet befalls the office and the standard, pseudo-inquiry "How's it going?" ensues for their lips. I have been working there since 2017, and all I have gotten from this owner is the uninterested "How's it going?" since we've met. Work flow. Maybe it has been the company growth in the last few years, but it feels as though management cannot get a handle on how to efficiently process jobs through the pipeline. Efficiency, I realized in early 2018, is not this company's forte. The overwhelming feeling of stagnation and undervalue. It wasn't always like this. Talk to the shop employees (non-management).

Steele Solutions produces quality work and has a fun hearted work environment.

Cons

The person that back checked the finalizers work was incompetent at their job. They did a poor job explaining how to do the work along with making rude comments to people at times.

Pros

They have a fun environment that allows workers to have outside work fun and hangout. Everyone is nice and chill.

Cons

They demand too much with the amount of people they have. OT is draining and yet no compensation. higher up don't understand the lower positions.
