      Company culture even in the remote space, opportunities to work directly with other teams (product, engineering, marketing), leadership is receptive to feedback

      As with many growing organizations, processes and documentation sometimes lags behind rapid changes.

      Pros

      co workers seem to be on the same page about how terrible and ridiculous the people in leadership roles are. So at least you won’t be alone in the misery.

      Cons

      extremely bad culture and leadership. Isolating employees that were never given tools to succeed. Zero direction for the company. They treat most employees like just a number. Any good review you see on here is most likely leadership doing damage control. Seriously, you do NOT want to work here no matter what they promise you.

      Growth, flexibility, benefits, but frequent role changes

      Pros

      Company is doing well, growing stage, a lot of opportunities to work on exciting projects, learn from very smart people and grow. I appreciate that there's opportunities for development - linkedin learning, learning stipend, regular structured feedback and career conversations, career tracks, open door to leadership.. Work-life flexibility and benefits are better than any other company i've worked at. The work can be a lot, but I've never had an issue adjusting my day hours as needed, taking longer breaks for appointments or taking time off.

      Cons

      Change is frequent, my role has shifted 3 times in the past year and often you have to figure out things on your own.
