Pros

Technology driven organization, excellent learning opportunities for new engineers, middle level managers and even senior managers on robust machine building etc.

Cons

Highly unprofessional, disrespectful & even abusive work environment practised by the leadership team. Lack of empathy towards employees or even merciless, Minus job security. Avoid this organization like plague for your own good. Of course, if one wants to spoil one's career, it is the right place to work and lose the existing peace of mind.
