Learned a lot about Real Estate & Finance while building the automated arbitrage & valuation engine. Innovative application of technology to Real Estate. Face-paced working environment where contributions are valued. Management open to feedback from tech team.
Cons
Didn't know much about Real Estate finance & the underlying processes so had to get familiar with the industry to understand the application of the tech.
