Didn't know much about Real Estate finance & the underlying processes so had to get familiar with the industry to understand the application of the tech.

00) Flexible work hours 01) Very interesting projects in software engineering and data analysis ( I made bash and python scripts to clean data, utilized different environments and libraries to do competitive data analysis, assisted in implementing NLP models to classify emails .) 02) Work is meaningful! The work that you do esp. on the computer science team directly goes into production and is shown directly to potential investors. 03) Great community and team - I worked on the CS team and I was continuously blown away by the caliber of my fellow interns, I learned a lot by just working with them on the same projects. 04) Talented and extremely motivated CEO - you learn a lot from just talking to him. 05) Truly challenges your abilities and pushes you to grow.
