Steinwall emphasizes the importance of the human element in business and the need for personal and financial growth. In recent years, achievement levels and career paths have been established to empower employees to pick a path for advancement within Steinwall and to grow in their skills and abilities. We believe in showing appreciation for our employees and have organized many events from free catered lunch to personalized thank you’s for each employee to Twins season ticket raffles. We do our best to create a culture of respectfulness, honesty, and openness, with work-life balance as one of our top values.
Cons
While we strive to create a great work environment for all employees, we cannot be the best fit for everyone.

Small company work environment, Normal business work hours with limited flexibility, Knowledgeable owner.
Cons
Company does not appreciate its employees. Owner is strongly opinionated and judgemental, No potential to move up in the company. Benefits are horrible, but there are some. The business does not have a motivating, fun or enthusiastic culture.
