      Nice salary to start off.

      Cons

      No one really helps you and they seem to not truly understand what direction they are taking. They seemingly discuss what how you're doing behind your back and then let you go without giving you adjustments that you can make to do better at your job.

      - Project trips can be long (not necessarily bad but not for everyone) - Frequent team restructuring

      All the benefits of working for DoD (regular hours, decent pay, time off)

      Cons

      Nothing felt like there would be long-term contribution from our efforts, just going to work and getting a paycheck.
