Incompetence is systematic at this place. Supervisors don’t order required parts. Good ol boy system in full effect. When asked for feedback leadership responds with aggression. Zero progression even when you meet or exceed their requirements.

Good schedule (9/80), Good place to start/end career because you will not have many chances to advance

Cons

Hard work is rewarded with more work, while others are left to sit and twiddle their thumbs. Only care about upper levels/salaried employees. All "promotions" are lateral.
