No bonuses but expected to meet sales goals?!?? Constantly changing things every 5 minutes. Always 1 step forward, 10 steps back. Associate directors are completely out of touch with employees, basically just bobble heads for executives probably because they get all our bonuses. PAY ALSO SUCKS. Way below the national average, again NO BONUSES like Ford and GM give, it’s all a joke. You have a subprime lender who started it and people wonder why a turd is still a turd just with a different name.

-No bonuses (this is a company wide thing) -No salary increases after working here for almost 2 years -Will not offer promotions -Insane micromanagement, you are graded on so many metrics and they review everything you do -Very stressful and management does nothing to minimize it -Extremely boring and repetitive work -Horrible schedule and hours. Your social life will take a dive here -Management has a very toxic positivity culture. They encourage feedback but will ignore you if you offer any and give you corporate talk to rebuke you -They speak about career development but will do nothing for you if you are not a sycophant -No incentive to work hard here because there is no bonuses and salary increases I've never worked for a company as bad as this and probably never will. I will be 80 years old with Alzheimer's and still remember how bad this job is.
