Lack of industry integrity. Does not perform well in the US (Business Development is an udder failure). Cannot support EPC projects due to construction incompetencies and field expertise/knowledge. Does not have performance engineering that understands Chiller/Coil principles and applications. No quality assurance whatsoever, No program management. No engineering/manufacturing standards. Completely unreceptive to change management. Overall, delivers substandard equipment and services.

They refuse to stop hiring people in, even though there aren’t enough tools/welding machines to go around, so a large portion of employees on the floor just end up sweeping. Very poor management, there’s a huge disconnect between what goes on in the office and what happens on the floor. They actually have a safety man but he is widely regarded as not having any clue as to what he is doing. Safety is made out to be important up until the moment it conflicts with production.
