      I have had a very positive experience working with this company as a Finance Manager. The leadership team is professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee growth and success. Management maintains open communication, values employee feedback, and provides the resources needed to perform effectively.

      Every company has its cons, but in stellar managment is working on converting all cons to pros.

      Pros

      There is nothing pros about the company. The management is very abusive and uses unlawful foul language towards their employees. Especially the ceo. He doesn't have basically bare minimum sense on how to talk to employees. He only think abusing employees would give results Never ever join this company. If you want to join be ready to hear foul language

      Cons

      Never join this company. They have farmhouse in Florida. Where they do fake kind off interviews.
