Learned to manage everything by own as the management will never respond to your queries.

Cons

As i worked as employee the major backdrop of the company is the HR Department. They will never respond your call no matter what. Horrible work culture. F&f is being pending since 2017.. Every ex employee is waiting for F&f but no response from HR. Without reminding hundred times they will not process your settlement.
