A lot of nepotism in the workplace. This is not an Equal Opportunity Employer. Everyone in a management position at this company is pure-bred Chinese. If you're not Chinese, don't expect a promotion. Employees are not allowed to work from home. The office is ran like a sweat shop where people are criticized for not being at their desk or checking personal emails at work. In terms of work culture, this is by far the worst company I've worked for in my 20yr+ experience. Most employees are miserable and don't have enough talent to find other employment Management tends to fire and rehire way too often. Sometimes re-hiring the same people they fired months ago.
