The owner is a narcissistic demagog who actually believes that the industry respects and trusts him. They do not. Everyone who knows them knows that they are bad news. They bought their way to the top by buying smaller companies, cleaning them out and moving on. They are racist but their evilness extends to all their employees, even those of the same nationality. Their management style is strictly intimidation and negative feedback. Stay away.
