To put it briefly, Stensul is the worst job i've ever had. One bizarre hire after another, one inappropriate micromanaging weekend email after another, one more senseless process change after another, I could go on for days. Culture, identity, diversity, common sense and authenticity do not exist at this company. I'm pretty sure all of the 5 star review below are fake, probably written by leadership. Half of the logos on the site aren't customers anymore, only 1 rep seams to close ANYTHING, and there is zero room for growth. Everyday walking into work and miraculously making through the day contributed to my entire team's widespread depression in both our professional and personal lives.

Everything starting from the interview process to the exit process was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been in the tech space my entire career and I’ve never experienced such a bad culture, backwards processes, and complete lack of organization. It’s shocking this page isn’t filled with negative reviews - there has been many disgruntled employees leaving, fired or dramatic exits. Do yourself a favor and don’t go anywhere near Stensul. I’m honestly surprised the company is still in business. Half the customers on their website aren’t even customers anymore.
