      Pros

      I love working here. The company actively promotes teamwork and everyone is so supportive. The senior leaders are accessible and transparent. We are all clear on the company's mission and values and where the company is heading. This is so different to other recruitment companies I have experienced.

      Cons

      Sometimes home-working, even though its very convenient, can be a bit isolating. But the company works hard to combat that by holding regular in -person meetings and event. It's clear the really care about their staff.
