No pros at all in this company.

Literally the worst environment to work, no professionalism, even the directors don't have acceptable English communication skills. All of this along with the bad unresponsive HR (they have only a single employee for this LOL). No flexibility at all and pays below the market value even though it's a startup. Talking about the technology they work on, it's make things even worse because they still own projects on very old version of Angular, MVC .Net and ABP.IO. The management also talks very proudly about teaching Blazor around which they own the least number of projects. This company solely works on picking up projects from freelancing websites on behalf of the old employees account. All of this still gets worse due to the fact that working hours for trainees are literally 9 hours ( I mean it's not that bad) but they still will force you to stretch your working hours and if you are thinking about leaves, I don't think they exist in this company and even if you're a lucky one, leaves aren't PAID ( no PTO) for trainees. Working days are from Mon to Sat. If you have literally honed your skills in your college time and are from a good university or so, just don't make this company your last option. You will be horrified by the fact that they keep your original marksheets and degree for 2 years as a collateral and yeah thats all about it. I will suggest to rather focus on your skillset and sit for 6 months more at home but don't ever make a mistake this big to join this company.

No job security No work life balance No work from home even in covid time Long shift timing 9:30 to 7:30 even more if you are having client call.they have client tracker you need to complete that then only you can go.Also you need to work at night also and you should have your laptop,they will not provide that No leaves,they will provide you total of 12 leaves in a year When you will resign they will not give salary slip and experience letter If you are trainee ,they will surely increase your training period

Good career start. Latest technologies to work upon. Good for freshers. Quarterly parties Cricket tournaments

1. Don't go for google reviews. They were made to write positive only. 2. Less national holidays (5-6) 3. The upwork time tracking system so you need to sit alteast 8-9 hours in front of system only. 4. They will buy you by giving good salary hikes 5. They will terminate you without giving notice. 6. They don't give you salary slips and offer letter as they fear employee will run away. 7. You can't take casual leaves. They will ask the reason for leave 8. High work pressure as single individual is given the responsibility of whole project. 9. They care for their clients not for employees. 10. They won't give you proper training for new technology. Within 2-3 days you will be assigned new project. 11. Few seniors are there only and rest are trainees only 12. Work life Balance is 0.
