Pros
Casual atmosphere, Office Nerf wars to relieve stress. Strongly believed in Agile software development and testing. There were alot of learning opportunities because of the cross-training on the software engineering side of the house. Monthly meetings were informative about what the other groups in the business were doing.
Cons
The direction of the company was going toward one sports news mobile product and appeared to neglect the needs of original customers and did not update requirements quickly enough.
