      Pros

      The on property team I work with is great and is the only reason I still work there.

      Cons

      -This company will punish you and others for doing a good job! No matter what you do it is never enough and the negative comments will come with. -Get ready to be be brought down my corporate, general manager and senior managers. -Bottom line is all they care about. The hotel can be busy every single night but if we are not sold out we failed (And they will make sure you know it) -Long Hours and Low Pay

      I worked with some nice people.

      Cons

      After five years of working for this company, I only got $0.50 more than someone just starting out. I trained numerous new employees and did not get paid for it. My work load continued to increase as new policies were implemented continuously. Employee turn over rate is very high. There was no air conditioner in the lobby over the grueling hot summer.

      Tom Russo tried to create a company with ethics, but it declined without his leadership.

      Cons

      No leadership or loyalty to employees or each other. Toxic environment where loyalty is not valued, information is not shared and professional decency does not exist.
